To Serve Chilled:(Preferred Method): Remove crab from bag; run under cold water for 7-10 minutes or thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
To Serve Warm:(This is a fully cooked product. Heating instructions apply for those who enjoy their crab served warm. Do not over heat.): Steam: Fill bottom of a large pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Place thawed crab in steam basket and steam over boiling water for about 4-6 minutes. If frozen, steam for 6-8 minutes.
