Cooking Instructions

Defrost: For best results, defrost in the package in the refrigerator overnight. For quick thaw, place the sealed package in cold water for 1 hour.

Prepare: Remove the defrosted meat from the package. Lightly rinse under cold water and gently pat dry. Our delicious lobster can be sautéed, grilled or poached in minutes. Lobster is cooked when the meat feels firm and springs back when lightly touched and the internal temperature is 74°C (165°F).

Poach defrosted lobster meat for 8-10 minutes in a flavourful, simmering liquid (approximately 75˚C). Click here to view our chef's take on this quick and easy preparation.

Sauté defrosted lobster meat for 4-5 minutes over medium-high heat in saute pan, with regular or garlic butter. Turn lobster meat over half-way through cooking.
