Cooking Instructions

Stove-top
  • Remove frozen scallops from all packaging and place in an 8" non-stick skillet.
  • Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally for 6-8 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Let stand 1 minute before serving.

Microwave (alternative cooking option)

    Tested in 1000 watt oven. As cooking times may vary depending on ovens, these are guidelines only.
  • Remove frozen scallops from all packaging. Place scallops in a two-cup microwave safe dish.
  • Loosely cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir, cover and cook on HIGH for another 2 minutes.
  • Stir and let stand uncovered for 1 minute before serving.

Warning: Dish becomes extremely HOT to the touch. Serve with your favorite pasta or grain.
