Stove-top
- Remove frozen scallops from all packaging and place in an 8" non-stick skillet.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally for 6-8 minutes, or until heated through.
- Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Microwave (alternative cooking option)
- Tested in 1000 watt oven. As cooking times may vary depending on ovens, these are guidelines only.
- Remove frozen scallops from all packaging. Place scallops in a two-cup microwave safe dish.
- Loosely cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir, cover and cook on HIGH for another 2 minutes.
- Stir and let stand uncovered for 1 minute before serving.
Warning: Dish becomes extremely HOT to the touch. Serve with your favorite pasta or grain.
