Cooking Instructions
Serve Chilled: Remove from bag and thaw in refrigerator overnight or run under cold water 20-30 minutes.
Serve Warm: This is a fully cooked product so do not over heat.
Steam: Fill bottom of a large pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Place thawed crab in steam basket and steam over boiling water for about 7-9 minutes. If frozen, steam for about 12-16 minutes.
