Snow Crab Dressed Up or Dressed Down

Serves 4-6 as an appetizer

Snow Crab Dressed Up or Dressed Down

Simply serve with Cocktail Sauce or a Lemon Aioli for dipping, or dress up with a Mignonette.

Mignonette Ingredients

454 g Snow Crab claws and legs, cut into sections, removing part of shell as shown in video
2 inch piece Cucumber
2 inch piece Red Pepper
2 inch piece Carrot
1 Radish
1 small Tomatoe, de-seeded
1 tsp Pickled Ginger
1 Tbsp Chives
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Lemon, juice only
Pinch both White Sugar and Black Pepper

Directions

Cut all vegetables into a brunoise (very small dice) and place in a glass bowl for mixing.

Add all remaining ingredients, stir well to combine.

Drizzle over crab meat in shell, or serve with small spoon alongside crab.
