Shrimp Curry

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Canadian Coldwater Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup red pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • ¾ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger, ground
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Thaw shrimp and drain well.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, melt butter and sauté onion, red and green pepper, garlic and spices for four minutes.
  3. Add sour cream, lemon juice and shrimp.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat until hot. Stir occasionally.
