Directions:
Mix the content of can with 4 cups of mashed potatoes, cracker crumbs, onion, egg and spices.
Form patties (about the size of the palm of your hand) and coat with additional cracker crumbs if desired.
Pan fry in a small amount of cooking oil (coconut oil is great for this recipe and adds a nice flavour) on med-high heat until golden brown (about 3 to 4 minutes each side).
Serve with tartar sauce, ketchup and/or Chow Chow!
