Tandoori Shrimp Skewers with Lemon Wedge
10-12 as an appetizer, 6-8 as an entree

Ingredients:
2 lbs Large Raw Shrimp (21/25 ct), thawed, peeled and deveined
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Tandoori Marinade Ingredients:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons Tandoori masala
1 teaspoon Red chili powder (adjust for heat)
1 teaspoon Salt
Method:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes while preparing recipe.
Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat thoroughly. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Thread marinated shrimp onto soaked skewers. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill shrimp skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are opaque and slightly charred. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
