Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

This recipe needs
Ingredients:
6 large Eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1 package (115 g) Smoked Salmon
Filling Ingredients:
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Garnish:
Radish, thinly sliced
Fresh herbs, such as Fennel fronds or dill sprigs
Method:
Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks to a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, smoked paprika, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Tear smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and place one on top of each egg. Garnish with a slice of radish and fresh herbs. Serve chilled.
