Ingredients:

2 lbs Large Raw Shrimp (21/25 ct), thawed, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Oil (for cooking)

Marinade Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste (or minced fresh ginger and garlic)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Black mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt to taste

Cilantro Garlic Yogurt Dip:

1 cup Plain yogurt
1/2 cup Cucumber, grated and drained
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Fresh lime juice
Salt to taste

Method:

Mix lime juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, mustard seeds, cayenne, and salt in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Combine yogurt, grated cucumber, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice in a separate bowl. Season with salt and set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer (work in batches if necessary). Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until firm and opaque throughout the shrimp. Serve hot with the Cilantro Garlic Yogurt Dip.
