Baked Haddock Au Gratin

Serves 4

Baked Haddock Au Gratin

Ingredients

1½ lb Haddock fillets

1 tsp Salt

1 small Chopped onion

1 tsp Pepper

¼ cup Shredded Parmesan cheese

Enough milk to cover fish

Directions

Cut fillets in medium sized pieces; dip in flour and place in buttered 8” x 8” pan.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion and Parmesan cheese.  Add enough milk to cover fish in dish. Bake at 350oF for 30-35 minutes.

Serve with potatoes, rice or grains and vegetables for a complete meal.
