King Crab with Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Clearwater King Crab
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp. diced onion
  • 3 tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
  • 5 drops of Tabasco

Directions

  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients for the cocktail sauce.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour then serve with the King Crab.
