NOTE: Times and temperatures may vary from one cooking appliance to another.
Quick Defrost Method: Place portions (in sealed package) under cold running water for 20-30 minutes.
Defrost Overnight Method: Defrost portions overnight in your refrigerator.

OVEN (Bake): Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove frozen portions from packaging; place on lightly oiled baking sheet skin side
down. Bake for 20-25 minutes from frozen, or 10-15 minutes from thawed.

OVEN (Broil): Adjust oven rack to broil position (5 inches or 12 cm below upper element). Place thawed portions on lightly oiled
baking sheet skin side down. Broil for 8-13 minutes from thawed. Broiling from frozen is not recommended.

GRILL: Preheat grill to medium-high. Place thawed portions skin side down on greased grill. Close lid and cook 10-15 minutes.

Defrosted portions should be used within 24 hours. Do not refreeze defrosted portions.
