Cooking Instructions Booklet

Cooked lobsters are delicious served cold, with melted butter to dip the lobster meat into. Though if you like your lobster warm, simply follow these instructions: To re-heat cooked lobster by steaming, add lobster(s) into a heavy bottomed pot, with approximately 1 inch of boiling water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes for a 1 ¼ pound lobster (increase time by 30 seconds per pound over 1 ¼ pounds). To re-heat by boiling method, place lobster into boiling water for 3 minutes for a 1 ¼ pound lobster (increase time by 30 seconds per pound over 1 ¼ pounds).
